Mr. Bogati is lead farmer of Boktan, he worked as LRP (Local Resource Person) in RAP program for two years, and currently he is working with PAHAL program with the same position. Srijana) he made a net profit of 13 thousand from the plastic tunnel of size 5×12 square metre which was planted 5 months ago. “I harvested 12-15 kg of tomato from a single plant, and sold at the rate of 50”, he looked around and smiled. Additionally, he is cultivating Cauliflower, Cabbage, Capsicum, Ginger and Potato out of the plastic house. He does have small orchard of fruits where different fruits like Banana, Mango are planted. “This year too I am hoping for the best regarding the production of mango”, he shared. Next, he is also rearing Goat of Khari breed and Poultry.

Thinking work is worship, he began his day by visiting the planting site and works for 4-5 hours a day. According to Mr. Bogati, irrigation is enough so do climate, he thanks the creature as well. He is looking forward for the modern techniques of irrigation like sprinkler. He is satisfied with his yearly net income of hundred thousand.
